Real Bad day...

had a bad day...

nothing went right...OKAY, maybe juz one. but every other thing went wrong.

something i did with instructions from upper level, bounced back cuz the person say shld clear with her first wor... perhaps more specific instructions needed next time? what does she mean by 'go and do it, note tt 1/2 shld be acads and 1/2 admin, good mix'? Should clarify in future definitely. I am just too inexperience and leave everything to chance...maybe even get her to send me instructions on emails juz to be safe...

even sending something thru courier can go wrong. and i was caught in the middle of 2 colleagues who din really get along... What did I do? All I did wrong was to be good and try to stay for the workshop as instructed, instead of going 1 floor up to hand over a parcel to the courier man. But was it really so difficult? handing a parcel with a consignment note was too difficult for 2 people to handle? EVEN if they had 深仇大恨...rite anot? In the end, I ended up with more work, having to check with the courier company about the delivery of the parcel without the note. AND the courier man also strange, how can he collect a parcel without the consignment note?

Last thing...balloting results are out and I did not get even a selection number...that's how bad a day this is...

Perhaps should sleep early to end te bad vibes of the day... :(

Krabi - Part II

doesn't this look like one huge swimming pool...the water is SO clear...and calm... bf doing some snorkelling..

some locals jumping off the cliffs into the sea... dangerous as they might hit some rocks...but well...they had some great fun!

nice structure...clear sea.. u can see the sea bed so clearly...unlike some beach in singapore... hahaha

On the way to Railey beach...it's off Krabi mainland cuz it's cut off by some rocks... have to take this long tail boat to get to the nicer beaches on railey bay... definitely worth the trouble! ;)

the resort...nice, quiet...private...and staff r quite frenly...except for 1 who seemed alittle less frenly, somehow i tink it's cuz of our skin colour...maybe i am juz sensitive... Anyway this is the bed...nice hor...still put some flowers... looks romantic... ;)

Pure Heaven...NOT YET but soon...

today, i was going through the calendar...for my boss... and somethings caught my eye...i mean i know about it for a while...but the fact suddenly sank in today...

my boss is going on 2 weeks' leave at the end of the year!!!! OH MY GOD!!! Bless me!!! I am going to heaven...

And if i dun remember wrongly... the other acads in my skool are also not around... does tt mean i get un-declared good time at work! haha...

well well...hopefully nothing major happens during that time though...haha....

I am SO looking forward to the end of the year!!! ;)

Back fr paradise...to Hell.... :(

i am back from Krabi..and back to work today... stress level jump 100 folds...!!

Spent first 2 hrs glued to my seat...clearing the more urgent-looking emails.... then proceed to work on them...before long, it was lunchtime...

strangely afternoon was very difficult to pass...i tink it's cuz i was tired from the intensity in the morning... so work was a little slowly...tll ard 4 plus, 5...last min work came in... stress level shoot up again! haha...

first day of work after holiday is never easy... i guess wat's fortunate is that thr r only 2 more work days left this week...

Greetings from Krabi...

Yes...I am in Krabi now...and online...

funny ya... It's quite a backward place but it has internet access...i tink it's cuz alot of ang mohs around here and needs some kind of connection to the world..even though they are actually quite away from the rest of the world....

you will know wat i mean if u come here... the sights are really out of the postcard... very pretty... will post some pics when i get back...although the pics i take will hardly give it the credits it deserves... hehe...

whole plc is very laid back...u feel u can lie on the beach the whole day...juz lie there...read...sunbathe... things are generally cheap i tink....BUT the place i am at, it's sort of a small cut off area of Krabi, Railey Bay, so things r alittle more expensive since thr's little competition...

anyway...tink i shld go back to nua-ing...lazing...

note to Sharon: din reply to ur sms cuz abit ex la... but yes, it's such a pity that i'm not ard ya!! but next wk...yes...next wk, back to velvet... how was gyu-nyu koujou? :þ

note to anyone who tinks they r getting a present from me from Krabi.... tough luck...there isn't much to buy here.... fancy some imitiation tees? or sarongs? other than that...thr's nothing much to buy liao... so dun blame me for not buying anything hor....

3 more working days to suntanning in Krabi!

I sure hope there's sun to start wif... but no dun oso never mind la... i juz need THE break...

SO looking forward to it now... 3 more days and I'm off..but thr are still so much work to clear before jetting off...

And i haven't packed...hehe... which means i shldn't be here typing away too.. OKOK...i will go off and pack now... *roll eyes*

Weekly AA Meeting @ Velvet

So seems like every friday will be the weekly meeting for Alcoholic Angels liao lor... venue fixed at Velvet...Why? dunno...quite nice la. classy ppl...poser plc, so we, angels, can pose too. ;) hehe..

Anyway...update on last fri... Angel-Nic was finally able to join us for the weekly affair...but she seemed tired when met up wif the other 2 angels.. I know I know...it's fri, end of work week...and it's late too....BUT how come the other 2 angels won't be tired one leh? hehe...Nic, gonna learn from the seniors ar... :)

rite...so we went in, ordered our fav drink but turned out Nic din like it much..cuz it's rather bitter i tink... somehow me and Sharon liked it leh.. Nic bo bian then, hv to drink it..cuz we ordered 2 jugs ma.. till she really can't stand it! hehe... protested...SO we 'allowed' her to order other drinks...peach martini was her choice. and since it made more sense to buy cuz it was still 1 for 1...we got 2 peach martinis which were SO NICE!!! sweet...and wif 2 slices of peach... innocent girly sweet... suited our image so much! haha... we (me and Sharon) decided to make that our first drink next time... Pose around wif them first before downing our jug of fav drink! hehe...

after tt, drinks kept coming our way... there were apple shooters (sweet, not strong), champagne, vodka limes.. and Nic had another craving for baileys...so ordered one wif milk...hehe... so well..we lived up to our names tt nite... real alcoholics we were ;)

Angel S met so many frens (they were the ones who offered the drinks)... me met none, planned to meet one but in the end, cldn't find him... somehow communication broke down...

Tink Angel S had the most fun cuz she met so many frens...was bz entertaining... Nic looked bored..hehe...maybe the crowd not for her...maybe the music not for her...or maybe she juz din have enuff drinks... *a thought: next time she joins, we'll have something else...fav drink applies only when me and S go la...*

So here's to another successful AA Nite Out... Cheers! ;)

Coming fri, AA meeting postponed cuz leader (me LAH!) will be out of town... out in the sun, wif a cocktail in hand ( a true-blue AA, overseas, oso tink of alcohol! hehe)

Actually i dun mind wet weather...cuz i'm only thr to relax...wet weather might mean more time to rest oso ma..not tt bad but maybe need to bring more mags and indoor games...to keep ourselves entertained...

Powerpuff girls? NO WAY...

haha...my fren, after reading my previous blog abt me and me frens gg clubbing... he commented that it's almost powerpuff girls liao.... hmm..i told him i dun particularly like power puff girls.... haha...not my generation also leh....

i said maybe sailormoon...haha...but there were more than 3 of them...wld be hard work for me to recruit so many clubbing buddies...hehe...

In the end, we decided on Charlie's Angels... suits the part... sexy, powerful, punchy and absolutely HOT HOT HOT! it's flaming...haha....


Can i be the blondie? hehe... At least she's the most slim...hehe... ;)

counting down....

worked till 9pm today... cuz i wanna clear my work as much as possible...

counting down to my hols on 19th Oct!! 7 more working days...

and i hv EQPs to churn out... on top of scheduling interviews with students...sorting out their application forms...making sure they turn up.....AND as if not enough...i hv to make arrangements for a workshop scheduled at the end of the mth....

OT whole week oredi lor....but never mind...i hv my pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!!!

anyway...this post is abt how it seems i hv juz created a new clubbing addict...hehe... she keep asking me to go club wif her... and share my love for henessey green tea...hehe... jia lat... am i luring her to the dark side....? :þ

we are trying to recruit another one into my clubbing gang...but tt one's alittle slower to warm up... :þ so...we have to try much harder...

we know who i am referring to, ya?

Coincidence...?

Fri nite...went to velvet wif Sharon... Guess who I met...weird coincidence...

I met 2 guys i knew from new asia bar a mth plus ago...scary... I din tink i wld ever meet ppl again like tt... throughout my clubbing history...smtg like tt has not happened before...i mean..i dun even meet frens tt often in clubs...let alone some strangers like tt...

so perhaps it's fate... haha... 1 is a nice person, i feel la...normal guy, the other one, *roll eyes* smooth talker...likes to sweet talk kind..always have girls ard him...and tried to impress me by bringing me to the pte area in new asia... bad first impression...haha...lasting one.

anyway...i ok wif knowing more frens one la...so chat wif them lor...i mean if we get to meet again in such dark plcs.... either they r really observant OR it's fated la... i welcome frens...the more the merrier...but probably only the decent one...the other one, i'll pass...

Not that I always get to know guys in those places hor...they sorta approached me and my frens at NAB...i was being nice lor. long time since i got to know people from clubbing liao... i got to know girls before too..hehe...straight ones, mind u! hehe.. ;)

Jewellery Art Class..

Started this course on 14th August. Today was the last class of the beginner course. Things we did were rather simple... manageable maybe cuz I had prior experience, at least in 2 of the methods taught... the trainer is conducting the intermediate one next tue... i'm still considering whether I still continue with it.

Although she mentioned that the pieces to be made will be more difficult...I dunno if i wan to spend that kind of money again. course fee = $110, materials = $80... tt's near to 200 bucks! and on top of that, we are always buying all kinds of materials from her after class...i tink i spent nearly $400 during this course, including fees and materials, plus the 'shopping' after class...

pros of continuing: learning how to make 18 more jewellery art pcs, a cert of attendence...probably learning some techniques which can only be learnt IF u r in a class and not learning fr books.. BUT is that worth $190? 8 sessions... i'm wondering...

HIGHLY IRRITABLE...STAY AWAY...

i tink i hv been really irritable for the past 1 week or so... i wonder wat's wrong wif me...

i hate being this way but can't help it. v short tempered. restless...

and no mood to blog..tt's y hvn't been blogging...and pls, dun protest k.. i'm trying...

i tink it's PMS and it's staying too long this time...

Might need to see a doc soon if it still doesn't go away? maybe a shrink wld be more appropriate? any gd ones to recommend?
