Busy again...

Haven't written in 10 days... the days went past very fast...filled with work and play..

still need rest...ME time...and time to pack things up....got a pile of letters waiting for me to clear.

juz now listened to a talk and there was this part of the talk, the speaker said something about personality test, to decide on the suitable career.

there were 6 types: realist, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising and conventional. one thing he said tt was very funny..and i tink applied to me, is tt he said artistic people r messy people. i tink i am that. he mentioned his wife is like that and always leave piles in the house...haha...i tink tt sounds like me!
and i always tot it's cuz of a lack of storage space...but maybe it's juz personality.. haha...

IT's OVER!

Weekend's over again... why does it go so fast...?

Fri nite, went for dinner wif NQ...as usual everywhr is crowded! Anyway, tt day was supposed to meet up to pass each other overdue presents...i got mine but NQ din..cuz i forgot to bring!!! damn jia lat!!!! sigh... so prob we meeting again soon...for me to pass her presents. i bought in HK...tt's like in march.. we haven't been meeting up much cuz both bz wif work...and all...juz din get the chance to...DW joined us for dinner...and after dinner, went to balcony bar which was real real boring... wonder how the place survive...it's got nothing atractive...boring music..no pretty faces...no happening feeling overall.. the only thing it has, i tink, is its location. smack right in centre of orchard rd means the biz will come in when the shops closes...but can't last long i tink... ppl might not mind walking alittle more to emerald hill which looks much more interesting...

Sat, slpt till 11am...nice rest! after which, went to office for some 7th mth praying session and carry offerings home. realised need to go orchard to collect a credit card and get a present for my cousin...ran down there cuz meeting frens at her place in redhill at 6 plus.. dinner and drinks, relaxing...and plus mj...

Sun, woke up early...went to gym...meet dw...go over to his plc...mj wif his frens..and watch National Day Rally...but no goodies cuz elections over ma.. :þ

so...overall, i guess it's a good wkend, juz dreading new work week...

and it's weird how i always feel abit sick on sunday nite..tink it's cuz i wake up early to go gym on sundays...or am i juz allergic to Mondays? hehe...

I only noticed it when i chanced upon the MV at a recent KTV session.. sexy, steamy MV that was! WOOHOOO!! hehe..helps tt there are 2 eye candies in the MV...jolin and edison chen... i like the bad boy look! hehe...

Greens are good!

Me and colleagues had some fun during lunch today. had a green party... it's vege day!

lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber and lotsa fruits made up our lunch! Was tasty and healthy... there was also wholemeal bread..and okok...this is LESS healthy but yummy... tuna mayo for the bread..

Din really satisfy me very well...BUT well..i controlled myself so well...had so many urges to grab some snacks after lunch cuz mouth was so itchy!

first thing to do to lose weight is to lose the habit of snacking!!!

I think I am spreading myself too thin...too many activities going on at the same time again...and not doing well in any of them... :(

Work is taking up most of my time. and energy...

Other stuff, eg. my 2 online biz ideas...not doing much abt them now..very bad. although I did post 2 things for the online tuition ctr. Sharon: check it.

Wedding Plans, well, technically not started cuz wana wait till we get a flat, else plan anything else oso no use :þ hehe... and we rather choosy with the location, so gonna be patient.. :)

and...jap exams coming up soon... first time i feel SO worried abt internal exams...cuz i hvn't been good and hvn't been keeping up wif the revision. When wld I have the time to do tt?

Workwise, should be getting busier again cuz exams coming up. and I'm really hoping tt the papers will clear before i go for my holiday late Oct! else wld be a disaster!!! :(

*shy shy* Well...some frens might be able to guess wat i am about to say and i hv told a few...but i'll spare the rest the suspense...

My bf proposed! ;) on 8th August 2006, which is the 18th mth anniversary as well.

Here are some pics to share...he's funny! And i had a good time tormenting him by refusing to accept unless he gave me at least 10 good reasons why I should marry him. hehe... he was on his knee for ard 1/2 hr BUT tt's still nothing, dun u tink? he's getting himself a wife here, ok~!!!

Anyway...in the end, i did agree.. hehe... but the ring is kinda loose and not the setting that he intends it to be since the design he did is still being approved by the jewellery. So we will go back there and i will vet the design.. hehe...

This morning, was wondering if i should actually tell everyone... felt weird to go ard telling everyone tt my bf proposed and all.. really bit weird...and it's different from saying, i'm getting married... I wldn't say i'm getting married cuz we haven't really planned that yet.. we wanna get our flat first before we go preparing for the wedding. Since the flat we want MIGHT take longer than the wedding preps..hv to play safe..

So i din tell many ppl.. and I only told my mum... i tink i will only tell everyone when I have got my flat and really gg to prep for the wedding itself...

On-and-off feeling of falling sick...

Can someone tell me y this is happening to me?

I juz feel the feeling of falling sick on and off.. like a few sneeze here and there...and running nose for a few minutes... or irritated throat or body aches...

all signs of going down with something BUT that something just refuses to come on fully...

feels more terrible going half sick... :(

any way to make it come full-blown at least i can concentrate on being sick and recovering from it...instead of always staying on the verge of falling sick ya? *roll eyes*

well well...nose bit runny now...although i hv juz swallowed a huge orange WHOLE! Vit C is supposed to help k!!!

Must work! Must work! tml's on leave and i hv to be well to enjoy my hard-earned leave!

anywayz...really looking forward to the hotel stay...

wonderful ppl at ritz is allowing us to have an ultra early check-in from 8am onwards, reason being most ppl will check in ard 12noon and checking in early will help us aviod the rush hour...hehe...no one's complaining! so we'll gonna go rather early, so as to make our money worth...

laze in the room....catch a movie at nearby cinema...go for lunch/dinner...sounds relaxing...

Need to sleep now and be well enough to enjoy myself tomorrow! Yippees!! ;)

MC or no MC?

well...i am feverish...but not quite sick enuff to take MC, according to myself...

BUT i am afriad tt if i dun rest enuff tml and still be in A/C for whole day in office, might really fall sick on tue...which will spoil my leave on tue...and PH on wed...

Then again... IF i am on MC tml, then i will officially work 2 days, thu and fri only...oredi took leave on tue and wed is PH...SO...not so nice ya? to take MC in a week like tt...

so how?? :S

Falling sick...

Seems like i'm falling sick... nose blocked. throat feels swollen... hope to get better. cuz i'm on leave on tue. not nice to go on MC on monday.. :(

Anyway juz saw a job ad for temp bank admin positions... wonder if i shld apply. it's only 3-6 mths assignments.. it juz seems like a possibility if wan to quit ya? at least a temp job...less responsibilities so i can work on the online projects...? but seems silly to ditch a ok-paying full-time job for a temp/contract one... although i was prepared to lose the full-time job anyway... am i making sense to you?

anywayz...i am re-considering and might only make my move after the exams period... cuz i felt i shld be responsible... it's really the peak and leaving now wld be a big blow to my dept. Juz wondering if my effort will be worth it... *roll eyes*

Weekend is here again!!

You can't imagine how glad I am that weekend is here again!

the past week was SO shitty...I tink I was lucky i din step on some dog poo poo...

Probably gonna be jobless soon btw...any job lobang...pls let me know! IF can't find, prob live off family for a while...and do some things i been wanting to do...but cldn't cuz new job is busy AND tiring...

shall take a week or so to tink things thru and make the move.

meantime..looking forward to next tuesday where i'll be on leave and busking in luxury and love... hahaha....

FRIDAY will come and go as fast as the week did...

and i'm going to use smtg i learnt in jap class juz now.

Am I dreaming...?

Today was the first time I felt so un-stressed at work for a long long time!!!!

Hmm...I still have work to do of cuz. Admin work NEVER ends... but no one was constantly buzzing me. emailing me... GREAT! really. at least i cld get some REAL work done!

BUT well...i can foresee myself getting v busy though cuz Exams coming again... hate that time.. :(
