I have a blog?
Almost forgotten I have a blog...
That's how busy I am...or maybe it's cuz I am disorganised....
I think I lost some time earlier this year when I was rather upset with some issues at work...and now it's already nearing mid March...can time just slow down a little? =(
anyway...now that I remember I have a blog...I shall try to blog more often....
but it's abit sian to blog about work rite...how can I let it rule my life? I spend almost 12 hrs on average everyday at work...and when I get home, I'm still blogging about it? do I actually have a life? sigh...
but I guess I really have no life...cuz i'm gonna blog about work.... *roll eyes*
I got this email from someone at work today... there was smtg tt really got me quite upset... in the 1st plc, i was sorta doing them a favour although i didn't tink it that way... i was helping to answer a query by a prospective customer since the email was directed to me. I always think it's good practice to answer a query directed to u rather than forward it to half the organisation, trying to find someone who knows the answer. As a customer, i hate that and i try to avoid doing that to other ppl. So i normally make the effort to find out the answer then reply to the sender, while copying the dept responsible for their records.
someone was really unappreciative plus insisted tt i forward all enquiries to the dept responsible. i suggested making the info accessible to all in the orgn as all staff do come into contact with public and prospective customers at Open House or even when talking to frens/relatives... the person left a comment saying that ' it's not her responsible to let my team know the info'...
i really give up....
