A friend has this on msn msg...Find that it is really true...

sometimes to give up requires more courage than to persevere...

To give up means -
1) you have nothing to hold on to anymore - past goals, commitment, conviction goes up in smoke...
2) you have to admit that the thing you are holding on to is not going to work out...
3) you have to admit that the thing you are holding on to is not benefitting anyone anymore...
4) you have to admit failure that you are unable to work things out...
5) you have to overcome inertia to move things the other way...

Persevere is easier...just say, no matter what happens, i will continue to do wat i am doing, whether or not, might not be logical or reasonable...
