I am bored...am at work but bored... Had a more bz week...so now is rather idle..and restless... not sure why... juz restless... feeling abit PMS-y...but dun tink tt's possible.... sigh.....so irritating... tink i juz need a lot more rest...

u know insufficient rest actually affects people's ability in coping with stress....i tink tt's wat is affecting me... Stress-induced depression..... :(

i dunno wat nonsense i am toking today.... only know that I am restless...bored...have a weird feeling in watashi no onaka to atama.....

And no mood to do anything...

later I still have aerobics class....... comtemplating on skipping it now.... :(
