Life - filling a void...

Is it justificable to find someone else to fill a void in your life which your spouse can't fill?

And whether the void is physical or emotional.. And which is worse?

Men... able to separate sex and love...

Women... tend to associate love with sex...

People are so complex nowadays... why do people bother to get married?

Temptations are everywhere...Commitments not worth much these days rite?

I am being negative... but there is truth rite? Let me know if you know someone who married in the last 5 yrs, childless, still married and still happy. Plus whether they had any problems with affairs... Let me know if you know someone like that...

I need some positive figures...

I know it isn't. It's juz there. not meant to be answered.

Are there really many? I dun see any around me, actually. All I see is married people wif kids. which isn't the same.

It's a blog entry. with thoughts. I'm not sure why you are taking it SO seriously?

I am speaking in general. Just adding my views.Commitments are not worth much these days because maybe morales have dropped or tempations are greater?

I think if people make mistakes in work so why not in choosing their spouses? I believe we do make geunine and honest mistakes in relationships and sometimes, after trying really hard, it might be good for one to admit that one has made a mistake and start over again. Easier said than done i think.

But coming back to the one of the post: Temptations are everywhere...Commitments not worth much these days rite?

Temptations are always there i think. It never goes away. The questions is how commited one is to the relationship? If a building is built on solid foundations, it should not be easily shaken.

If the building has been flawed to begin with, then maybe sometimes it is better to start over and build it again with strong foundations. But if the cracks in the building can be mended with a combined commitment of time and effort, then the building is definitely worth salvaging. =)

    God Bless!
