heard an interesting thing today...by Cecilia, my colleague who's really creative and gd wif playing wif words. haha..
anyway...dunno how the conversation came to this topic...
HALT actually means smtg...which reminds ourselves not to make important decisions when feeling those emotions!
H - Hungry
A - Angry
L - Lonely
T - Tired

hey, really clever way of reminding oneself. The most difficult thing to do is remembering the "HALT" when u're feeling HALT at that instance.
Am i talking sense? haha
